Phomemo Paper Subscription Terms & Conditions
IMPORTANT: SUBSCRIPTIONS AUTOMATICALLY RENEW.
By subscribing to Phomemo, you agree that regular payments can be charged to the payment method provided at checkout. Payment will be processed using the provided payment method at the regular intervals specified by your order. Phomemo will continue to bill you via your chosen payment method for the selected service until you pause or cancel your scheduled subscription.
We will disclose the duration and cost of the subscription before you register and will confirm these details via email following your purchase. You will receive an email confirming that your payment has been successful. Your subscription begins on the day we send your confirmation email, and it is your responsibility to check your email for this, including your spam folder if necessary.
The subscription can be paused or cancelled at any time via the "My Account" section of the website or via email; however, any such request must be made before any scheduled dispatch. If we receive instructions to pause or cancel a subscription after your item has been dispatched, you will be charged for that delivery.
If you change your address, you must update your details using the "My Account" section of the website or by contacting us via email at support@phomemo.com. We will not be held responsible for items sent to incorrect addresses provided when placing your order, or for shipping changes that we were not made aware of and have acknowledged via email. Please ensure that any changes to shipping information are made in time to take effect before your move.
We reserve the right to cancel a subscription at any time without prior notice.

By clicking “Complete Order”, you accept our Terms of Service and understand that your subscription is for an ongoing service billed based on the shipping frequency and/or shipping date you have chosen. The recurring charge may change if we adjust our prices.
